The top of my dryer got so hot that I could not touch it while it was running. I never left the room until it shut off for fear of fire. In addition it took two full drying cycles (60 minutes each) to dry just one half the wash load. James came and worked his magic, after which the top of the dryer never even got warm andI was able to dry a full load of was in less than one 60 minute cycle. I had James come to service my dryer vent because the dryer was taking way too long to dry the clothes. It was also getting very warm to the touch, and I’ve seen videos of how scary fast a lint fire can spread. He came over and got out about a half a grocery bag full of lint. This cut the drying time in half and the outside of the dryer is much cooler now. Everything was cleaned up and put back when he was done.Thanks for a good quality job. John W. – Lakeland

Thank you Jimmy for cleaning out our dryer exhaust last weekend. I could not believe how clogged up it was. We had no idea that could cause a fire and what a dangerous condition it was in.
